All items sold by MyRicambi.com and / or 458parts.com are warranted solely by the manufacturer/distributor which have their own warranty policies, except for all MyRicambi proprietary items. 

 

All items or inquiries needing repair or technical assistance (other than MyRicambi's products) should be sent, addressed and resolved directly with the manufacturer  (or US distributor) of the brand of the product purchased. MyRicambi may assist the customer with the manufacturer as part of its "After-Sale" services, but MyRicambi shall not be liable in any way shape or form if the manufacturer/distributor fails to properly perform warranty services, or fails to assist the customer according to the manufacturer's/distributor's warranty and/or Terms and Conditions.

 

Should any technical issues or issues falling under the manufacturer's warranty, please contact directly the manufacturer.

MyRicambi.com's WARRANTY (My Ricambi)

 

For all MyRicambi proprietary carbon fiber items, MyRicambi.com provides a One Year limited warranty should anything happens to your carbon fiber parts due to some error or mistakes during our manufacturing/finishing process.

 

If you need to address a claim in regards of your MyRicambi carbon fiber, please contact us directly via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. We will need:

 

- A copy of your purchase invoice

- One or two pictures showing the problem.

 

We will issue you a Return Authorization number for replacement, with the exception of the time period, which is equal to the term of the manufacturers warranty or one (1) year, whichever is less. Your original invoice must accompany all claim/tech support you may have.

 

458Parts.com's WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

 

-Normal wear and tear;

-Improper assembly;

-Improper follow-up maintenance;

-Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the vehicle as sold;

-Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect;

-Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.

 

My Ricambi will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. MyRicambi's liability is only limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.
