RETURNS: 

 

MyRicambi.com is not responsible for any costs including (parts, labor, shipping required for service and miscellaneous) incurred by the customer for warranty.

 

Periodically something may be incorrect on a shipment due to a customer ordering incorrectly or a wrong part was shipped and you may wish to return an item. We will do everything reasonable to satisfy you. If a part is not to your satisfaction (broken, fitment problem, clear coat not satisfactory,, please contact us, explain us the problem and provide us with clear pictures of the problem you are addressing.

 

Prior to issue a return and a refund, we will work with you to resolve the issue(s), and provide you with a replacement(s) at no additional costs to you. If the issue still persist, we will issue an RMA and send you a return label. Once the parts are received, we will issue a refund.

Anything returned without prior authorization from MyRicambi.com will be REFUSED. Any and all returns must be sent back fully prepaid. Please contact us right away so that we can issue a Return Authorization Number, which must accompany any return. 

 

A copy of the original invoice and a brief explanation must accompany all returned items. No returns accepted after 30 days from the invoice date. No credits given after 30 days.

 

There are absolutely no returns, refunds or exchanges on Special Orders (OEM Ferrari parts) and/or carbon fiber parts or components, unless defective or broken.


SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES

 

MyRicambi.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on every order being shipped from our facility. This fee is universal and applies to all retail and wholesale purchases and cannot be waived or credited. 

 

A 7% sales tax will be implemented for every purchase made by a Florida resident. This fee will be charged for in-house installations and products purchased online, over the phone, and/or via email, this fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable.


RESTOCKING FEES

 

MyRicambi.com reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for return of non defective parts.


Explanation of some circumstances:

There are absolutely no returns over 30 days after invoice date. Please check your order thoroughly upon receipt and contact us immediately with any concerns.

 

If a wrong item has been sent to you, please notify us immediately. We will send you a return label and make sure the proper item(s) ordered is sent to you. Please note that the item(s) must be sent back in its original packaging, and as it was received: in its NEW CONDITION

 

Any/all items installed and showing wear will not quality for a return unless defective. If defective, a proper explanation of the defect(s) and supporting documentation (photo / videos) supporting the claim will be required to authorize the return.

 

Unauthorized/ Returns:
Unauthorized Returns sent back to us without a proper Return Authorization. or with an incorrect Return Authorization will not be accepted and the return will be refused and sent back to you.. 


SHIPPING FEES / HANDLING FEES ON RETURNS

Shipping fees and Handling Fees are non-refundable.

 

If an order was shipped with free shipping, and the order is the returned, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the original shipping. Return shipping charges from the customer to us will only be credited in circumstances of warranty or incorrect shipment. 

 

If a customer is requesting a return just for the sake of returning the parts for whatever reasons other than the parts being defective and/or broken, said customer understands that he will be responsible to bear the cost of the shipping fees in returning those items


DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

 

Should any package appear to be damaged at the time of delivery, MyRicambi.com must be notified within 5 days and a claim for damage must be made promptly with the responsible freight carrier.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

MyRicambi.com shall have absolutely no liability in connection with the website content including any liability for damage to your product resulting from the information or the lack of information available on the 458parts.com and / or MyRicambi.com websites.

 

MyRicambi.com shall have NO liability for:

- Any loss or injury caused, in a while or in parts, by its actions, omissions, or negligence or for contingencies beyond its control, in procuring, compiling, or inaccuracies in correlating to the site material.

- Any errors, omission, or inaccuracies in or relating to the site material regardless of how caused, or delays or interruptions in delivery

- Any decision made or action taken or not taken in reliance upon the site material

- Any losses or damages whatsoever, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, from the use of the internet generally

- Failure of the brands MyRicambi resells to properly assist its customer in lieu of technical problems or assistance.

 

In no event shall MyRicambi.com be liable for any for any special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages for any loss or profits, goodwill, use or other intangible losses including negligence, whether remote, proximate or foreseeable, and whether or not 458parts.com and / or MyRicambi.com have been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of our products.
