MyRicambi Warranty:

For all MyRicambi proprietary carbon fiber items, MyRicambi provides a One Year limited warranty should anything happens to your carbon fiber parts due to some error or mistakes during our manufacturing/finishing process.

If you need to address a claim in regards of your MyRicambi carbon fiber, please contact us directly via email at sales@myricambi.com.

We will need:

• A copy of your purchase invoice
• One or two pictures showing the problem.

We will issue you a Return Authorization number for replacement, with the exception of the time period, which is equal to the term of the manufacturers warranty or one (1) year, whichever is less. Your original invoice must accompany all claim/tech support you may have.

MyRicambi.com's WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• Normal wear and tear;
• Improper assembly;
• Improper follow-up maintenance;
• Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the vehicle as sold;
• Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect;
• Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.

My Ricambi IS NOT and WILL NOT be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. MyRicambi's liability is only limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.

• Returns:

My Ricambi strives to ensure customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us promptly.

We will work with you to resolve any problems and provide replacements if necessary.

Prior to issuing a return and refund, we require clear communication and may offer replacements at no additional cost. If issues persist, we will initiate the return process, issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and providing a return label. Returned items must be authorized and sent back fully prepaid. Returns without prior authorization will be refused.

Please contact us immediately to obtain an RMA number, which must accompany all returns. Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the invoice date.

IMPORTANT: Special Orders (such as OEM Ferrari parts) and OEM carbon fiber parts or components are non-returnable unless defective or broken.

• Shipping & Handling Fees:

MyRicambi.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all orders shipped from our facility. This fee applies universally to all retail and wholesale purchases and cannot be waived or credited. A 7% sales tax is applicable for purchases made by Florida residents, which is non-negotiable and non-refundable.

Restocking Fees:

We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for the return of non-defective parts. Returns after 30 days from the invoice date will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns received without proper authorization or with an incorrect RMA will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Shipping Fees on Returns:

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If an order was shipped with free shipping and subsequently returned, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the original shipping. Return shipping charges from the customer to us will only be credited for warranty or incorrect shipments. Customers requesting returns for reasons other than defects or damages are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Damaged Merchandise:

Any packages appearing damaged upon delivery must be reported within 5 days, and a claim for damage must be made promptly with the responsible freight carrier.

• Limitation of Liability:

MyRicambi.com assumes no liability for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on the website. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of the information contained on the site.
